Birth Photos that Bring to life the Epic Story that you will tell your children over and over again.
As someone who has given birth four separate times I understand the importance of deciding who is and isn't invited into such a sacred space. I understand the amount of energy each person in the birthing room can fill and how it can impact the mental and emotional energy of the person in labor. I take it very serious when I am entrusted to help tell the story of their child's arrival into this world.
That is why my approach to birth photography may be different than other birth photographers. To me, it is not all about "doing what it takes" to get the shot. I prefer to be a fly on the wall, with a calm and quiet energy. I will always do my best to capture beautiful
images that help tell your story. However, I never want to interfere or encroach on your space, your energy, as well as the birth workers, hard at work in the room. I pay close attention to what is needed and not needed from moment to moment. Sometimes that means I can step in for a photo, and other times I just need to step back and give you the space you need for the hard work of labor.
