I met Leigh Ann at the wedding I did in early November while trying to grap a few snapshots of her sweet baby boy Hans. I was really excited when she suggested doing their family photos at a tree farm. I had never done that before, and I fell in love. I will being holding mini-session there next year, for sure!

They have a love for tree farms. Her husband Bjorn used to work at one and they have a dream of owning one in their older age. It was the perfect place to do their family photos.

I also got to tag along as the picked out their tree. That is one of the things I love about being a photographer. You get to be a fly on the wall (in a non-creepy way) as family memories are created. I know the joy of watching your kids experience things for the first time, and it’s fun to see other parents experience that too. Thank you Myhre’s for allowing me to be a part of your day.
